Yoga Pod – Boulder – 1890 30th Street, Boulder CO

pod HOT (Build strength, endurance, and focus with a practice in a room set to 105 degree heat/60 percent humidity to help you detox) – 2nd Sunday of every Month, 1PM

Yin Yoga (Slow, floor based practice with long holds to help release the fascia tissues of the body)
Wednesdays 7PM (75 Minutes)

Hot Power Fusion – A true blend of balance, strength and flexibility, Hot Power Fusion combines the meditative, detoxifying qualities of hot yoga with the intensity of power yoga to help you deepen your practice. Set to motivating music, you’ll focus on postures to open the shoulders, hips and spine while strengthening your core and upper body.  – Sundays, 9:30am

CoreRestore – Reboot and rebuild with a series of holding postures that focus on stretching and breathing. This class alleviates soreness, heals the connective tissues in your body and gives your mind a well-deserved moment of reflection. Mondays, 8PM

CU Recreation Center – Boulder Campus

Open to all Rec Center members ($5 drop in, 10 class packs, or BeFit Pass)

Vin Yin Yoga – Join us in our new class fromat to experience the strength and balance benefits of Vinyasa Flow Yoga along with the flexibility and range of motion improvements through Yin Yoga. Vinyasa Flow is an active practice of sequenced poses linked with breathing where Yin yoga will provide passive stretching that targets connective tissue with longer holds.
