3 Boulder area locations (North Boulder, South Boulder, The Hill)
$22 drop in, $18 for students, punch passes and packages are available

Hot Power Fusion Classes (beginner-intermediate-advanced, heated, hot/power elements)
Sundays at 3:30PM (North Boulder)

CoreRestore (beginner-intermediate-advanced, restorative, unheated)

Sundays 7pM (North Boulder)

Yin Yoga (Slow, floor based practice with long holds to help release the fascia tissues of the body)

Open to all Rec Center members ($5 drop in, 10 class packs, or BeFit Pass)

Athlete Recovery Yoga – Are you feeling tight or tired from your favorite sport or activity? Help find balance, build strength and ease sore muscles with this 60 minute all-levels yoga class designed with the athlete in mind.
Mondays 5:30pm (60 minutes) during the Fall 2017 semester
