Yoga Pod – Boulder – 29th Street Mall
Pod FIT (FUN, full body workout using light weights, cardio and body weight exercises with a mindfulness on the breath) Wednesdays 12:15PM (60 minutes)
Pod HOT (Build strength, endurance, and focus with a practice in a room set to 105 degree heat/60 percent humidity to help you detox) Wednesdays 6PM (75 minutes)
Yin Yoga (Slow, floor based practice with long holds to help release the fascia tissues of the body)
Wednesdays 7:45PM (75 Minutes)
CU Recreation Center – Boulder Campus
Open to all Rec Center members ($5 drop in, 10 class packs, or BeFit Pass)
Athlete Recovery Yoga – Are you feeling tight or tired from your favorite sport or activity? Help find balance, build strength and ease sore muscles with this 60 minute all-levels yoga class designed with the athlete in mind.
Mondays 5:30pm (60 minutes) during the Fall 2017 semester
Vinyasa Yoga – An energetic yoga class that uses a flowing series of postures to create heat within the body as you increase strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance. Vinyasa flow is good for new students who are physically active, those interested in the fitness benefits of yoga, and anyone who wants a multi-level yet strong practice. Class at the Williams Village Rec Center.
Thursdays 5:45pm (60 minutes) during the Fall 2017 semester
